Ordering Information

We will fill your order as soon as we receive payment. Credit card orders arrive here within minutes after they are placed, and we can ship right away because payment has already been made. Orders sent through the mail might take up to a week to reach us depending on how far away from Portland you live.

Our standard method of shipment within the United States is USPS media mail. Media mail can be slow, sometimes taking as long as 2 weeks to reach the East Coast from here, but it is much less expensive than priority mail. We will ship priority mail if you wish to pay the extra shipping amount for that service.

We also ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping rates for those places are listed on both the USPS mail and credit card order pages.

 Note that we cannot send your order unless you include payment for shipping charges as well as payment for the products.
